Care Animal Rescue | Dozens of animals in the care of Staten Island's volunteer animal rescue groups are waiting for their eternally families to find them.

PAWSOME RECORDS WERE SMASHED! 

Kudos to all the superb swine fans out there who rescued 350 bird-dogs, cats and rabbits over the weekend. They were all part of the" Super Adoption" incident held at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Manhattan.


Staten Island's own Louie's Legacy alone had 104 rescue babies adopted at the event.

Now that's a lot of compassion!

Clyde

Clyde is 12 -week-old pit bull puppy he, his momma and offspring copulates came into the rescue when they where surrendered to the ACC in Staten Island when they where just days old-fashioned. Becky and Jesse 

Becky is a spitfire. She has no fear and is the first to investigate any brand-new place. She makes her existence known in the face of other animals. Rest ensure after running around she is ready for a huddle in your forearms. Jesse is the more laid back of the pair. He is content to let his sister be the explorer while he hangs back until he gets the all clear from Becky. This little humankind is a cuddle defect and usually will choose your lap over an adventure. Jesse and Becky were born April, 2017. They are up-to-date with shoots, negative for FIV/ FELV, and will be microchipped. Currently in the care of the Staten Island Council for Animal Welfare, they can be seen in their foster home. Kassidy 

Kassidy is 12 -week-old crater polouse puppy she and her mommy and litter copulates came into the save when they where surrendered to the ACC in Staten Island when they where just days age-old. Kassidy cherishes played with her litter teammate and is working on room practise. Gemma is a beautiful 3-year-old Californian rabbit. She was acquired as a' reward' at a carnival when she was a baby ... their own families remained her until new own family members were allergic. Of all the' reward' bunnies, Gemma is probably one of the luckier ones, but she deserves a genuine forever category where she is valued as something better. Peanut and Miss Alley 

Miss Alley( tabby) and Peanut( tabby and lily-white) were living a very comfortable life with their mom until she developed Alzheimer's and had to go into a nursing home. SICAW has stepped up to help find them a home so they don't have to go to the shelter. They are in a foster home until their new eternally person is demonstrated by. Miss Alley and Peanut are mother and son and both are declawed. They are soothing and sweet kitty-cats who enjoy notice and being desired. The kitty-cats are bonded and so we would like them adopted together. Having been around a elderly we acquire they are able to do better in a quiet context. Both declawed---Peanut is 4-years-old and mom, Miss Alley is 7-years-old. They are up-to-date with fires, spayed/ neutered, negative for FIV/ FELV, and microchipped. Patches 

Patches is a one-year-old hound mix who's ready to find his forever dwelling. This handsome boy went through a tough time before being rescued, and now all he misses is a family of his own. Patches is very smart and is ascertaining his ways. In the meantime, he is trying to play with his foster mommy the working day, and lounging on her lap all nighttime. Once panicked of being confined, Patches is learning that his crate is a safe place to chill. He is a little slow to warm up to new people, especially guys, but is currently in the process of cartel again. With a bit fortitude, Patches is sure to reward you with unconditional enjoy. Orion 

Hi! My call is Orion. I am a 35 pound, neutered male crater bull mix and I'm about one-year-old. My foster mommy announces me a pocket pit because I'm a little guy. I am housetrained, go well on a leash, and I'm crate qualified! I involve a lot of usage, I especially cherish running after a tennis projectile, but I don't play fetch, I play maintain away! But I always come back to share my plaything! I like squeaky dolls and bones to chew when I'm inside. I play gently with my human, but I don't definitely understand about" personal cavity ". I cherish sitting with my human, the closer the better. I am fairly social with parties and other hounds. I'm submissive to bird-dog my sizing and larger and present a lot of interest in the tiny hounds and the "cat-o-nine-tails" in my foster dwelling, but I haven't met them. I cherish boys, but because I'm so happy to see parties, I might knock down a very small child. Possibly an older infant about 8-years-oldwould be better for me.
